● To create, verify, and manage your account.

● To process your bids, facilitate auction transactions, and coordinate the delivery/pickup of pallets.

● To securely process payments for won auctions and, if applicable, automatically charge Administrative Reinstatement Fees in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

● To enforce our Three-Strike Policy, prevent fraud, and maintain a safe bidding environment.

● To communicate with you regarding your account, auction updates, manifests, and customer support inquiries.

4. How We Share Your Information We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. We may share your information in the following situations:

● Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services for us, such as payment processing, website hosting, data analysis, and email delivery.

● Legal Obligations: If required to do so by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our company, our users, or the public.

● Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
